Pasch Companies is a York-based, full-service commercial and residential real estate investment and development company founded by Timothy F. Pasch in 1990.
Over the past 29 years, Pasch Companies has developed, redeveloped or acquired 36 projects, totaling over 3,500,000 square ft and currently has 6 new construction projects underway.
As a full-service developer, we handle all aspect of real estate development, investment, and management including acquisition, design, engineering, construction, leasing, property management, maintenance and more.
Giving Back to the South-Central PA Community
Established in 2004, the Pasch Family Foundation works to provide opportunities for individuals and community organizations by funding a range of programs in the South-Central PA region.
